Developing sportsmanship is one of the most important aspects of this program. It is important for the young players to get positive exposure to this lifetime activity. For this reason, we have established the following rules for PARENTS of participants, as a positive experience begins with a positive attitude:

  • Only positive cheering may be displayed; feel free to cheer for both teams!
  • There should be no communication with the referees while the game is in session.
  • Please do not coach your child from the stands; allow the team coach to do his/her job.

  1. Players will play in their grade level only unless teams must be combined.
  2. Participation fee for youth basketball is $25.00 per child and covers basketballs, jerseys and referee fees.
  3. Jerseys are the property of the FEYSB and must be returned at the end of the season.

The FEYSB is always seeking dedicated volunteers to help enable us to make Frankfort Basketball the very best it can be.  If you are interested in helping set up or tear down the High School gym on game day or help with the concession stand, please contact the FEYSB.

Thank you,
